Summary:
AP22 IF BLOT ELITE is a full automated system for ELISA, IFA and BLOT methods. The instrument is able to run 2 ELISA microplates with 8 tests on line, 16 IFA slides or 24 western blot or LIA strips. Besides ELISA and IFA processing, it can perform full automation of Western Blot and LIA strips thanks to the blot module and camera. It can perform sample dilution and dispensation, reagent dispensation, incubation, strip washing to western blot/LIA image processing and assessment of each strip. Software also provides the capacity to record data, produce patient reports and connect to an LIS interface. The AP22 IF BLOT ELITE is a complete laboratory automation package.
